I’m currently working at Smartlead as a Product Designer, where I focus on improving user flows across CRM systems, lead management, and live dashboards. By simplifying complex actions and refining usability, my work has helped drive a 40% increase in CRM adoption, made the lead-closing process 25% faster, and improved clarity in how users navigate key tasks across the platform.

Before this, I worked as an Associate Design Manager at Kapiva, where I led the redesign of their mobile app homepage. The refreshed experience made it easier for users to discover products and contributed to a noticeable improvement in engagement and retention across key user journeys.

Earlier, at Urban Ladder, I was part of the team revamping their e-commerce website. As a UI/Visual Designer, I crafted visual banners, landing pages, and web assets that brought consistency across digital touchpoints. Our redesign played a role in improving conversion rates and boosting campaign engagement.

I graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bengaluru, with a degree in Fashion Design (Major) and Fashion Communication (Minor). The human-centered design methods I mastered during my studies were crucial in shaping my design approach across various work experiences.

Growing up in various regions across India has shaped my ability to adapt and appreciate various cultures, which I bring into my design work. I’m a movie enthusiast who enjoys horror and suspense thrillers. Weekends are my time to explore new foods and flavors, turning each meal into a delightful discovery.
