As Urban Ladder scaled rapidly, our design output grew, but so did visual inconsistencies, development friction, and redundant efforts. I led the creation of a scalable, token-based design system to bring order, clarity, and speed to our workflows. From colour tokens to coded components, the system unified design across our website, campaigns, CRM tools, and internal platforms - saving time, improving handoffs, and reinforcing our brand identity at every touchpoint.
