To truly support our users end-to-end, we saw an opportunity to build something bigger: a native CRM experience tailored for cold email workflows.

As the sole Product Designer, I led the complete design of Smartlead’s CRM - combining lead storage, deal pipelines, contact management, and synced communication into a unified, flexible system. The goal was simple: let users manage every stage of a lead's journey without ever leaving Smartlead.
